SALES AGREEMENT


This sales agreement (also referred to as “the agreement”, “this”, or “agreement”) is part of the overall Terms of Service agreement from the Comm Centre (also referred to as “G & C Comm Centre”, “us”, “we”, and “our”). We have made these agreements to protect the rights of our customers, ourselves, and our property. As such, all sales are subject to this agreement.
You are responsible for paying any and all charges relating to your account, including without limitation, charges for items from the store, past due fees, online purchases, and shipping fees. You grant us permission to charge your Credit Card, Debit Card, or other payment method to pay for your billed amount. You, and not Comm Centre, are solely responsible for paying any amount(s) billed to your account or person with whichever payment method you deem appropriate.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE OUR FEES AND BILLING METHODS, INCLUDING THE ADDITION OF SUPPLEMENTAL FEES OR SEPARATE CHARGES FOR CONTENT, OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, EFFECTIVE FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER POSTING. WE MAY ADDITIONALLY PROVIDE NOTICE OF BILLING CHANGES VIA EMAIL.
You have 14 days from the time of purchase to return a fully working product. Any refunds after the 14 day period are at the discretion on the staff (with exception of cases demonstrating credit card fraud). You understand and agree that as a result of processing a refund, we incur certain administrative costs, and that the fees below are a fair and accurate assessment of those costs. Should a refund be permitted, it may be subject to a "restocking" fee (which also applies to digital products), currently as follows:
  • Digital Retail: 10% of the purchase price
  • Physical Retail: 10% of the final price
We do not accept return of ear pieces, headphones, customer damaged or broken products, or products damaged during a self installation.

Self Installation Policy

In an effort to protect ourselves from fraudulent complaints and the like we have adapted this policy on self installation of our products. The Comm Centre will recommend professional installation of all electronic devices, such as but not limited too; home and auto booster installs, Motorola radio installations, GPS installations, cabling, cable ends, and hands-free kits. It is up to you, the customer, to decide if you wish to use these services. You understand and agree that should you not wish to use these services, and would like to install the product(s) yourself, that you waive your right to warranty on your product. Should the self installation result in a damaged or unusable product, you agree that you and not the Comm Centre are at fault and will not seek repayment for the aforementioned product(s). We will not refund or exchange components from a failed self installation.
