We just got a new makeover - And became more accessible than ever

Fall is finally here and as we get closer to the winter season, we can all appreciate the season of change. Change is important in every aspect of nature, and the same can be said for other aspects of life. In the spirit of the season of change, we have made some big changes that you already may have noticed.

New website design
Hopefully you have already seen our new website re-design. You are currently viewing it, in case you missed it. We have brought our platform to a single style design that works across browsers and devices, to give you an easier navigation experience and faster results. The navigation bar has been re-designed to hold more information, make navigating the store easier, and for a better mobile experience. If you haven't checked it out already, try visiting our website on your smartphone to see the responsive design in action.

Since you mentioned smartphone...
Okay you didn't mention it, we did, but now that we are on the topic it's the perfect time to plug our new mobile device applications. We have already launched our newest version on the Google Play store for all of our android enthusiasts, but some great news for the Apple crowd has also just come out - We are going on the App Store as well!

This means that for the first time ever, iPhone users will have native application support for our website. What does that mean though you may wonder? Users of our official mobile applications are offered special promotions specific to their device, faster browsing speeds, a refined loading experience, and much much more. We hope to launch the Apple version of our 'Comm Center' app within the next few weeks, assuming the approval process goes efficiently. If you have any questions or concerns, I will segway onto my next talking point and you can hold onto them for a few more seconds.

Getting your opinions matter
We are always wanting feedback on what we are doing and how we can do it better. In the spirit of feedback, we have launched the comment section on our blog / news posts. This section will allow you, the customers, to comment on any news posts and have a discussion regarding the post. Our moderation team will then be able to comment back to you directly. This feature is available for free to all users, without the need for a Comm Centre specific account. We have added a product review section to the online store as well for customers to give real feedback about a product they bought from us via their official Comm Centre account.
